Senior Audiologist Employment Ad

Seeking an experienced dispensing Senior Audiologist for 40 hours per week at a busy, well-established private practice.   Full-Time position at $70k - $75k base salary plus up to $30k bonuses for the right candidate, potential $100k+ annually with 401k and matching.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years' experience selling and dispensing hearing instruments with prior ENT experience preferred. Candidate will need to be able to work with several brands of hearing instruments, particularly Oticon.

The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and have the ability to effectively counsel while building patient rapport. Daily tasks and responsibilities

  • Establish rapport with and gather health history from patients; conduct audiometric testing; perform diagnostic testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids.
  • Sell and dispense hearing instruments and perform appropriate adjustments and follow-up
  • Make ear impressions, ear molds, and other specialty molds.
  • Maintain documentation and patient files.  Write physician letters.


  • Doctor of Audiology, Au.D. or Master's Degree in Audiology.  Active and current Texas audiology license.

The Successful Audiologist Will Also Possess The Following

  • The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.
  • Have strong computer skills.
